Shipping costs are free of charge for orders from €50.00.

We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Considering the handcrafted production, the time can vary from 2 to 7 working days.

For customised materials, times are to be agreed upon.

Yes, at the time of dispatch we will provide you with the tracking code for your parcel, which will be activated after approximately 24 hours.

On our e-commerce you can make purchases by paying via PayPal or simply by entering your credit card details. Sensitive data will be processed securely.

You can also pay on delivery for an additional charge of €4.00.

Our products are designed to make cleaning quick and easy and to withstand frequent cleaning. Thanks to their non-porous surface, PVC products do not absorb dirt and therefore it is sufficient to rub them with a sponge or a damp cloth to remove surface dirt. For deeper cleaning we recommend the use of common detergents.

Aluminium products are not dishwasher safe. For cleaning, we recommend wiping with a soft cloth and a mild detergent.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return it. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

We will not accept returns of used, tampered or custom-made products.

In the event of an error on our part, the return costs will be borne by us. You can then choose to be refunded or to receive the products of your initial order.
